Darryl E. Jory
Aquaculture Business Development and Support
Darryl E. Jory is an aquatic biologist with over 30 years of experience in several countries as commercial shrimp farming strategic planner, developer and operator; company owner and director (including aquaculture and aquafeed); and aquaculture teaching and R&D. For 17 years, he was the Editor of the Global Aquaculture Advocate magazine (and continues as Editor Emeritus). He was an Adjunct Professor of Aquaculture at the University of Miami’s Rosenstiel Graduate School of Marine and Atmospheric Science for almost 30 years, and a Fulbright Scholar Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Oriente, Venezuela.
Darryl has BSc, MSc and PhD degrees in Marine Biology and Aquatic Resources from the University of Miami and an Executive MBA is International Business & Operations Management, from Nova Southeastern University, Florida, USA.
