Guntur Mallarangeng is the co-founder and CEO of DELOS, a shrimp aquaculture startup that assists shrimp farmers in Indonesia in achieving optimal productivity and profitability. Since 2021, he has built and led a diverse and high-performing team at DELOS, growing from less than 10 employees in 2021 to over 160 employees in Q1 2023. Additionally, Guntur assumed the role of CEO at Dewi Laut Aquaculture in Cikelet, Indonesia, in 2016, successfully achieving profitability within 2 years and attaining nationally leading productivity metrics. Guntur’s educational background further contributes to his expertise and qualifications. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of San Francisco, USA, and an MSc in Management Studies from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, USA.
