Haydar is the founder of Blue BioEconomy Holdings, Saudi Arabia since January 2023. He has led efforts to develop the world’s largest project of its kind, the BioMarine/Blue BioEconomy base project, with the aim to produce wide range of Blue Bio-based products that is directly related to various applications which include aquaculture, food production and processing, feed and animal nutrition, bioplastic, biofuel, pharmaceutical, biotechnology industries, etc.  The implementation plan is targeting the establishment of 10 International consortiums in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

Since January 2019, he has Adviser of the National Livestock & Fisheries Development Program which is part of the Ministry of Environment, Water & Agriculture. His role is to support and implement projects and plans of NLFDP.

Haydar is a corporate strategy and development specialist, with a consistent record for delivering results in growth, and operational performance, and produced results in turn-around and start-up environments. He has over thirty years of successful experience, providing strategic and operations leadership in uniquely challenging, multicultural environment and has strong relations with diversified business leaders from all over the world.
