Jinnawat Mahalao (Guun) is currently Vice President at BoonSawang Farm in Bangpakong, Chachoengsao Province. He is a second-generation farmer at this 31 ha Asian seabass farm with an annual production of 700 tonnes. The farm, started by his father ten years ago, is credited for its farming technology such as in grading of seabass juveniles, weaning onto pelleted feeds, as well as production of quality seabass in seawater ponds with no off flavour and reaching top-end sashimi markets.

Guun joined 3 years ago and is now overall in charge of farm management and day-to-day operations, from pond preparation and focus on water treatment to final harvest. He has a management degree from Sripathum University, Bangkok.
