With a background in finance and professional experience at a consultancy company as well as in research at an investment banking firm, Gerry brings a unique combination of financial acumen and purpose-driven leadership to the industry.

At AGK, he leads initiatives that support small-scale and financially distressed farmers by offering fair profit-sharing models with zero financial risk on the farmers’ side, while implementing science-based, data-driven farming techniques to improve outcomes. He also plays a critical role in bridging the gap between farmers and financing facilitators, fostering a collaborative ecosystem where both parties can achieve their objectives.
