Hendi Yanto Efendy

Hendi Yanto is President of Feed Business, animal Healthcare Business and International Business Development at PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CP Prima), one of Indonesia’s largest and most established integrated aquaculture companies, with more than 40 years of operations and a dominant position in shrimp feed, shrimp farming, hatcheries, and seafood processing. An aquaculture enthusiast with 20 years of experience in this industry, Hendi earned his bachelor’s degree from Victoria University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia. He began his career at three leading global consulting firms: PwC, EY, and KPMG, focusing on management consulting and business strategy development for clients across various industries.

Since 2006, he has continued his professional career at CP Prima Group, gaining experience in several strategic roles. In 2011, he served as Deputy Head of the Integrated Aquaculture Division, where he played a key role in managing integrated aquaculture operations and improving supply chain efficiency. In 2023, he was appointed Head of Feed Marketing of West Indonesia region, responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies, developing distribution networks, and increasing market penetration in this strategic area.
