TARS 2025 will be held August 20-21, 2025 at the Shangri-la Chiang Mai Hotel, Thailand.

REGISTRATION

The number of participants will be limited to 250. Pre-registration is required.

SGD 650 (Early bird rate ends June 21, 2025)
SGD 850 (Full rate as of June 22, 2025)

*Note:

  • The above registration fee covers conference documents, coffee breaks, lunches and opening day cocktail reception and digital copy of the TARS 2025 Panel Report.
  • Full payment is due for the registration fees. Registrations are only confirmed once the payment is received.
  • All registrants will receive a confirmation letter which should be presented at the registration desk (pre-registration on August 19, 2025) or on the first day of the conference (August 20, 2025) in exchange for the conference badge and documents.
  • (All participants are required to present their badge for entry to the 2-day conference at the ballroom, coffee breaks, lunches and opening day cocktail reception).
  • All fees must be paid without charges to the beneficiary (conference organizer). For payment by bank transfer, all processing/bank charges should be borne by the participant.

Cancellation Policy:
Any refund for cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat (conference@tarsaquaculture.com) by June 28, 2025.

Written request for refund will be processed as follows:

  • Received before June 25, 2025 – full refund (minus 20% administrative fee and related bank charges).
  • Received after June 28, 2025 – strictly no refund.
  • If the registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant may be allowed provided prior notification is made to the Conference Secretariat by July 30, 2025.
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference.
