Benedict Tan

Benedict the Programme Director at Hatch Blue and based in Singapore. He leads venture programming across Asia-Pacific for Hatch Blue to support early stage entrepreneurs with their next phase of development. In his 7 years at Hatch Blue, he has designed and delivered 27 innovation and venture development programmes for >270 aquaculture entrepreneurs, and has also evaluated 200+ companies for investment.

Having worked across the three business functions of Hatch Blue, investments, consulting, and programmes, Benedict is keenly aware of the commercial roadmap of innovators working in this industry. Presently, he also supports portfolio companies in the region and Asia-Pacific corporate engagement.
