Henrik is Vice President LATAM, Shrimp & Hatchery at BioMar Group, bringing 20 years of specialized experience in the global aquaculture industry. He has been instrumental in transforming BioMar from a regional player into a leading global aqua feed supplier, with deep expertise across markets in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. Currently, he leads BioMar’s LATAM Division while driving the company’s fast global expansion in hatchery and shrimp segments.

With a Master’s in International Business Administration, and fluency in seven languages, Henrik combines extensive international management experience with passionate advocacy for sustainable aquaculture development. His notable achievements include establishing BioMar’s joint venture factories in China, leading the acquisition and integration of Ecuadorian shrimp feed producer Alimentsa into the BioMar Group, and pioneering the introduction of probiotics in European fish feed.

Prior to his aquaculture career, he held international management positions at renowned Danish companies LEGO and Velux.
