Zuridah Merican

Zuridah is the editor and publisher of Aqua Culture Asia Pacific, a 22-year-old trade magazine that strives to be the beacon for the regional aquaculture industry. She is based in Kuala Lumpur and has been in the aquaculture and aquafeed industry for more than 40 years, accumulating experiences in shrimp and fish aquaculture.

Zuridah has a BSc in Zoology from University of London, MSc in Aquaculture from the Institute of Aquaculture, Stirling University, Scotland and a PhD on the EPA/DHA requirements of the monodon shrimp from the National University of Singapore.
