Rizky is a seasoned aquaculture professional and the CEO of Delta Marine Group, a leading shrimp production and trading company in Indonesia. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Aquatic and Fishery Sciences from the University of Washington, Seattle, where he developed a strong foundation in marine biology and aquaculture systems.

Since beginning his career in the family business in 2014, Rizky has played a key role in driving innovation and expanding sustainable shrimp farming practices across multiple regions. In 2015, he co-founded Petambak Muda Indonesia (PMI), an organization committed to empowering young shrimp farmers, and currently serves as its president. He also holds positions in Shrimp Club Indonesia (SCI) and APINDO, where he contributes to advancing Indonesia’s aquaculture industry.

Rizky is also the editor of THE CRUST, a monthly industry magazine by Petambak Muda Indonesia that covers shrimp farming trends, innovations, and insights. And as the driving force behind the Shrimp Aquaculture Conference (SAC), he is passionate about fostering collaboration, promoting new technologies, and building a more connected and resilient global shrimp community. He is very active in the community of second-generation farmers and is the Founder of the Young Shrimp Farmers Association (Petambak Muda Indonesia), and as a young member of the Shrimp Club Indonesia where he currently serves as the Deputy Treasurer as well as Head of the SCI Sumbawa Chapter. Rizky is also involved in PT Indo Nautilus Pharma, a start-up that focuses on converting shrimp wastes such as chitin into chitosan for the health foods, cosmetics and other markets.
