S Santhana Krishnan is CEO of Marine Technologies. His focus is on building the aquaculture value chain to improve the market access of primarily farmed vannamei shrimp in India and the region. Santhana is a seafood safety HACCP, BAP and BRC-accredited auditor. He has taken on advisory roles for various aquaculture associations, academic institutions, and government institutions, covering policy regulations, legal matters, local governance and more. Santhana is a marine biologist and has been a practising aquaculture consultant for 30 years. After working in more than 17 countries over the years, Santhana possesses ample experience with many aquaculture species.
