Dr Thitiporn is currently serving as the Deputy Director-General of the Department of Fisheries, Thailand. With over three decades of experience in aquatic animal health and fisheries management, she has held various key positions, including Inspector General, Provincial Fisheries Officer, and Director of the Aquatic Animal Health Research and Development Division. She holds a PhD in Veterinary Medicine from Nippon Veterinary and Life Science University in Japan, an M.Sc. in Aquatic Pathobiology from the University of Stirling in the UK, and a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Maejo University, Thailand.
